Concept

A play about adventure and friendship. A challenge for this piece was how to differentiate between the world of the players and the world of their characters. This was solved by putting the living room part of the set up on a platform, creating a difference in level which indicated a difference in space. This was supported by the lighting, which had a warmer or cooler colourspace, corresponding to the “real” world and the world of the game, respectively.
